When you contact us

If you use our enquiry form or email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company and project details. We use it to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and, where relevant, provide our services.

Our project brief form sends your details to Formspree, which processes form submissions and delivers them to us. Formspree may also process technical information to operate its service and prevent spam. Its privacy policy explains how it handles information, including storage and international processing. If you contact us by email instead, the message is handled by the email providers involved.

We handle enquiry correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or to take steps towards a contract where you ask us to provide services. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the enquiry, our working relationship and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

When you browse

This site is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses, request details and security logs, to deliver and protect the website. See Vercel's privacy policy for details of its processing.

We do not currently use visitor analytics, advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this website.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and project images are served with the website. We do not embed social media feeds or third-party video players.

Sharing your information

We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be handled by Formspree and the service providers needed to operate our email and website, or disclosed where we are legally required to do so. If a project needs additional providers, we discuss those arrangements as part of the project.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format. To make a request, email hello@jamesandjosh.co.uk.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.
