✳ Keep the good work working.

Website support

Launch is a milestone, and a website still needs attention afterwards. Content changes, plugins move on, an integration needs adjusting or the business needs something new. We can support websites we build and review existing WordPress sites for a sensible handover. The aim is a clear working relationship, useful improvements and agreed responsibility for the essentials.

Built around your business

What we can help with

  • An initial website and setup review
  • WordPress, theme and plugin maintenance where agreed
  • Bug investigation and practical fixes
  • New pages, content sections and features
  • Performance and usability improvements
  • A defined scope for requests and ongoing care
Let's talk about your project

A clear route from here to there

Good work.
Without the guesswork.

01

Get the full picture.

We review the platform, hosting, access, dependencies and current issues. For an inherited website, this helps us understand what can be supported responsibly.

02

Agree what matters.

We separate routine maintenance, urgent fixes and planned improvements, then agree the priorities, responsibilities and way requests will be handled.

03

Keep improving.

We make and check the agreed changes, with a clear record of what has been done and what the next useful improvement might be.

Work that works.

A little more detail

Good questions.

The decisions before the build matter. Here are a few things that are useful to know.

01Can you support a website built by somebody else?

Potentially, yes. We first review its code, platform, hosting and access arrangements. That allows us to identify any issues and agree a realistic support scope before taking on responsibility.

02Do you offer ongoing WordPress maintenance?

Yes, with the tasks and responsibilities agreed for the particular site. This can include software updates, checking key functionality and planned development. Hosting, backups and third-party services are discussed explicitly so there are no gaps in ownership.

03Can you add features without rebuilding the whole website?

Often. A new content section, integration or user journey may fit the existing setup. We look at the condition of the website and the requested change before recommending whether to extend it or take a different approach.

04Can you fix a slow WordPress website?

We can investigate where the time is being spent, including images, scripts, plugins, page construction and hosting. We then recommend changes based on what the review finds. The right fix depends on the actual cause.

05Is support included after a new website launches?

We agree the handover, launch support and any ongoing arrangement as part of the proposal. Longer-term maintenance and new development can be scoped around how your team wants to manage the site.
