James developed the First Demolition website from designs provided by Pelekan Design. The site presents the business’s enabling, bespoke and distressed works through service information, project stories and company content. This is selected development work, with the visual-design credit retained by Pelekan Design.
The job to be done.
The build needs to carry a strong visual direction across very different content: service introductions, individual projects, company pages and news. Large photographs and bold layouts also need a content structure the team can keep using.
Thought through.
Built with care.
James implemented a custom WordPress theme with flexible image, card, timeline, testimonial and editorial sections. Dedicated project templates support individual stories, related-work links and enquiry prompts. Shared navigation and page components keep the wider website consistent.
Out in the world.
The website connects a recognisable visual identity with reusable publishing tools. Projects have their own space, while service pages and news templates give the team a framework for further content. This case study concerns the public website, rather than separate operational software.
