James developed the iChowns Photography WordPress portfolio around the photographs themselves. Public collections sit alongside selected VIP galleries and information for print and commission enquiries. The project is part of James’s selected development experience.
The job to be done.
A varied collection needs to be easy to explore without competing with the images. Public browsing, individual image viewing and selected gallery access each require a clear interaction and a manageable content structure.
Thought through.
Built with care.
James built a filterable portfolio grid with further-image loading and enlarged viewing, supported by image descriptions. Featured imagery and slider sections introduce the collection elsewhere. Dedicated VIP galleries have their own title, description, image collection and password-entry step.
Out in the world.
The portfolio gives the photography several complementary ways to be seen, while WordPress organises images and galleries as reusable content. Public and VIP collections have distinct routes, and the website provides context for someone considering a print or commission.
